Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and couldn't have been tidier. The staff were lovely and very helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. The location was amazing, walking distance to La Rambla, and just off the Ramblas. However, the room had a slight cigarette smell, and finding the shortcut to the center was a bit challenging initially.
The hotel had very clean and tidy rooms, great service from the staff, and a fantastic location near La Rambla and local markets. However, the rooms were a bit too hot at night, and the dining options were limited.
Despite being a bit noisy and having a lingering smoke smell even with the window open for hours, the rooms offer all the necessary amenities. While they might need a refresh soon, they are still decent overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise from the central location was a downside. The service was average, with some staff being friendlier than others. The location was convenient for accessing tourist attractions, although reports of criminal troubles in the area are concerning.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was ideal, right beside La Rambla, but finding the place was a bit tricky. The service was a standout, with some staff going above and beyond, though others were just average. The rooms, while small, suffer from noise and humidity issues. Dining options were limited, but the nearby bakery was a nice touch.
The hotel was a mixed experience; the rooms were initially small but clean and pre-airconditioned in the adjacent building, and upon request, we were moved to a perfect larger room. The service was a bit slow and incompetent with minimal Spanish skills, but ultimately very helpful and smiley. The location was convenient to key tourist areas, although a bit sketchy late at night. The dining options nearby were limited, but the bakery was decent.
